Engaging Thousands of Adult Learners in Over Thirty Countries

Since 2005, Learning Everywhere® has worked globally designing and delivering customized experiential learning activities with federal agencies, the private sector and non-profit organizations to improve performance.

The company was founded by Sheila Stenhouse Lee, whose passion is “meeting people where they are” or learning everywhere. Our cadre of global trainers increase organizational capacity in the smallest of villages to the largest of corporations by building learning communities around the world.

The company’s customized courses cover a range of performance management, leadership development, procedural policy, human resource and real estate topics.

Ms. Lee started her training career in NY as a Total Quality Management Facilitator over 30 years ago, became a Consultant after working with Peace Corps where she supervised programs to help volunteers get ready for their assignments and then as a full time business owner after leaving the National Treasury Employees Union where she directed instructional system design and delivery of training initiatives and negotiated workplace bargaining issues for over 150,000 adult learners at the IRS, Customs, and 24 other Federal Agencies nationwide.

She has won numerous awards including 2015 Enterprising Woman Award, 2014 Top 100 MBE, 2014 Smart CEO Brava Award, 2014 Top 100 MD Women Award, 2014 Bridging the Gap Finalist and 2013 25 Women of Color Achievement Award.
